The Employee Benefits Consultant (known internally as an Employee Benefits Producer) acquires new business and retains business through renewals in keeping with Agency and individual goals. Provides field service in support of sales duties. The Sales Advisor agrees upon and sets an annual sales goal in coordination with the Managing Director and meets the annual sales goal along with managing a book of existing clients through collaboration and teamwork with various Operations colleagues.

Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM) provides support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts. The AM possesses more technical and coverage knowledge than that of a CSA and can handle medium to large accounts with minimal to no assistance.

Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager (SAM) provides support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts on a minimum book size of $600,000 and/or minimum 400 policy count. The SAM is capable of renewing, presenting, and rounding out existing accounts alongside the producer or in their absence as needed.

The SAM can handle large accounts with minimal to no assistance.

Commercial Lines Account Executive

Commercial Lines CSA

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) provides support to the Account Manager (AM) or Senior Account Manager (SAM) by performing administrative functions on assigned Commercial Lines accounts following agency procedures. The CSA works directly with the AM and SAM in the handling of new accounts and servicing of existing Commercial Line accounts.
